Refund policy
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@topshelfcollectibles.ca. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To return your product, mail it to: Top Shelf Collectibles Inc., PO Box 33004 IRA NEEDLES, Waterloo, ON N2T 2M9 Canada.
You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The costs to initially ship the item to you are not refundable, unless the item is damaged or defective or if the return is due to an error on our part.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if we approved your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@topshelfcollectibles.ca.
If your exchange is approved, please return your item to: Top Shelf Collectibles Inc., PO Box 33004 IRA NEEDLES, Waterloo, ON N2T 2M9 Canada. Please send back all original packaging materials.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
